At Chérie Gal, each product is custom-made and handled with care to meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Order Modifications
Orders may be modified after purchase within a limited timeframe.
- Modifications must be requested within 72 hours of placing your order
- Changes are only allowed if your order has not entered processing
- Once production or customization has begun, no changes can be made

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All wigs and coloring services are custom or made-to-order, meaning they are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all order details (length, lace size, color selection, shipping address, etc.) are correct before submitting your order. Chérie Gal is not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders require a processing period before shipping. This includes sourcing, customization, and quality checks. Processing times are listed on each product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
